I did suggest that you write it down, on paper. You've learned something - your memory is fallible, and computers aren't reliable. Don't worry, lots of people forget their passwords. In this case, it doesn't matter, because I can tell you your password. But some of the other stuff on your computer - if you lose that, you're in deep trouble. The answer is to back it up. If you aren't doing that, then one day, the unreliability of computers will bite you, hard.
Sometimes Internet Explorer gets itself totally confused, and can't handle passwords at all. The fix for that, is you reinstall Internet Explorer.
To use this form, give it either your username, or your password, or the email address that you used when you signed up. If you don't remember any of those, then you can't use this form, you'll have to email me.
If it can look you up, then it sends you an email, to the email address that you signed up with. Why doesn't it display your username and password on the screen? Because if it did, then anyone would be able to discover your password, simply by knowing your email address! And so that's why it will only send the information to the email address you signed up with. If that isn't going to work, then you can't use this form, send me an email instead.
But it will *only* send an email to the address that it already knows for you, that's to stop people trying to get your password. And it will never display the password at your browser, it will only ever email it to you.
So - you should make sure that your mailbox isn't full, because if it's full, then my email won't get to you.
In order to tell you your password, I need to know who you are. Tell me something you filled in on the membership form, so I can look you up.
If this doesn't work, you can email me. But if this does work, it will give you your password immediately, whereas emailing me can take some hours, because I don't read my email more than a couple of times per day.
